This role focuses on providing Level 6 production support and maintaining application stability. You will collaborate with diverse teams including Development, Infrastructure, and Security to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide Level 6 support for mission-critical banking applications • Monitor system health and application availability • Investigate and resolve production incidents effectively • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues • Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents and outages

Requirements: • 5+ years in Application Support or DevOps roles • Robust experience with enterprise-level applications • Proficient in Red Hat OpenShift and Linux administration • Familiar with AutoSys and FeedHub integration • Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates
