You will report to an Animation Director and create high‑quality performances in all aspects of your work, revealing attitude, emotions, and mood through character movement and behavior.Role RequirementsDegree in Fine Arts or Computer Animation3+ years of professional animation experienceProficient in both facial and body animationAdvanced working knowledge of MayaWorking knowledge of MotionBuilder is desirableFACS training or knowledge of FACS‑based rigs is beneficialPassion for animationProduction experience in a skilled animation settingAbility to work onsite at the studio as part of a collaborative, in‑person team environmentRole ExpectationsQuickly align with the Animation Director on expectations and creative directionCreate high‑quality hand‑keyed animationCreate high‑quality animation based on motion capture and referenceConvey weight, character personality, mood, and believability through realistic performancesDemonstrate understanding of animation within a motion capture pipelineEnsure animation supports overall direction, player experience,
