The Opportunity

We need a Registration Clerk to join our Central Registration team! You want to be part of our Central Registration team because you are the first friendly face and voice our patients encounter – setting the tone for an exceptional CGMH experience. No two days are the same in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where you play a key role in helping patients move safely and efficiently through their care journey. In this role you will support patient registration and access across a variety of programs including diagnostic services and specialty clinics and work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate and productive patient information and flow. OSSD or equivalent Previous clerical experience in a health care/hospital setting Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology Proficient computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service Preferred
