As a foundational member of our newly forming Human Resources team, you’ll play a key role in bringing our people strategy to life and helping shape HR programs as they continue to take form. We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-driven Human Resources Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, bring ideas to life, and help build and refine people programs from the ground up. If you’re people-first, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy contributing to the development of new processes and initiatives, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoOwn and execute full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer letters, with a focus on building high-performing teams.Lead onboarding and orientation programs that make every recent hire feel like part of the team from day one.Support key talent initiatives including performance enablement, workforce planning, and succession development.Drive programs that boost engagement, wellbeing, and a strong sense of inclusion.Partner with your fellow Human Resources Generalist to provide day-to-day employee relations support, coaching,
