Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and discussions.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Clarify requirements and resolve functional questions during development and testing.
- Review test scenarios and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential business impacts.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend efficient solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.




- Maintain requirement documentation and ensure proper traceability.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights when required.

Required Skills

- Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UAT, test cases, and software testing processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
