This role requires deep expertise in Canadian transportation markets, strong client relationships, and the ability to bridge market development with organizational growth.Key ActivitiesCanadian Business Development and Client LeadershipDevelop and execute a business development strategy to expand Steer's Canadian market presence in Steer's current and emerging business linesIdentify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key public and private sector decision‑makers across CanadaAnticipate and respond to Canadian market trends, regulatory changes, and funding opportunitiesLead the preparation and delivery of winning proposals and presentations tailored to Canadian clientsNegotiate and secure high‑value contracts,
