These programs are built on our core values—meeting participants where they are at, eliminating barriers to entry, and offering a safe, compassionate space to address addiction and mental health challenges.As a PBSH Caseworker, you’ll work in a team-based, case management model to help clients maintain housing and stability. You’ll provide individualized care while promoting harm reduction and housing-first philosophies in both word and action. This role requires strong crisis management, advocacy, and rapport-building skills, as well as a deep sense of empathy, respect, and ethical responsibility.About YouWe are looking for an experienced caseworker to join our PBSH program. The ideal candidate would have the following:A minimum two-year diploma in Human Services (or related field) from a public post-secondary institution, or actively enrolledStrong understanding of addiction, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and the housing-first modelFrontline experience supporting vulnerable populations, particularly those facing homelessness, addictions, or mental health challengesHigh degree of empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental support for clientsCrisis management, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication,
