The ideal candidate will bebased in Quebecwith a territory coveringOttawa/Gatineau, Quebec, and the Atlantic Canada provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador). This position reports to the Director of Sales, has 3 direct reports, and requires 40% overnight travel.What You Will Be DoingStrategic Leadership & Market GrowthDevelop and execute a regional business plan aligned with national sales strategy and organizational objectives.Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities using data-driven insights.Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to shape go-to-market strategies and optimize regional performance.Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer relationships.Foster a performance-driven culture based on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Develop team capability in data interpretation, forecasting, and consultative selling.Data-Driven Performance ManagementLeverage CRM and business intelligence tools (e.G., Power BI) to analyze performance, track KPIs, and support decision-making.Translate sales data into actionable insights to optimize territory coverage, pricing strategies, and channel mix.Use predictive analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and sales productivity.Customer & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key regional customers, distributors, and strategic partners.Represent the company at regional market activities, trade shows, and strategic customer reviews.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain)
