This full-time position is based at our Strathnaver location, located 75 km south of Prince George and 40 km north of Quesnel, BC. Working with all departments and employees, the HSE Administrator will play an important role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment at our operation.Key responsibilities include:Assisting in the management and communication of HSE policies and programsSupporting training and education for employees and contractorsMonitoring to ensure compliance with regulations and proceduresParticipating in near miss and incident investigations and risk assessmentsLiaising with regulatory agencies and industry counterpartsHelping to enhance a culture of safety, environmental responsibility,



and continuous improvementThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:Formal training and/or experience in the fields of health and safety and environmental managementPrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity and understanding of HSE regulations, standards and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, professional and positiveStrong project management, planning, and time management skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with a willingness to learnAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities, business needs and regulatory requirementsThis position offers a highly competitive salary starting in the $80,000 – $110,000 range, based on experience and qualifications.
