Our client is seeking a strategic leader who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the organization’s compensation, benefits, pension, and recognition programs. This role ensures total rewards strategies are aligned with business objectives, drive performance, and enable the organization to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.CompensationExpected salary range is $170,000 - 190,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and talent prioritiesServe as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CHRO, and executive team on compensation and advantages strategyLead the evolution of reward frameworks to support growth, M&A;, and organizational transformationOversee executive, broad-based, and sales compensation programsDesign and manage short and long-term incentive plans (STIP/LTIP)Ensure competitive positioning through market benchmarking and pay equity analysisLead Board and Compensation Committee materials and recommendationsDesign and manage health, wellness, retirement, and pension programsEnsure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needsOversee vendor selection, negotiation,
and governanceDevelop recognition programs that reinforce company values and performance cultureLead well-being strategies including mental, physical, and financial wellness initiativesEnsure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulatory requirementsOversee pay transparency, ESG-related disclosures, and compensation governance practicesLead a high-performing total rewards teamFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-makingLeverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure program effectivenessProvide insights on workforce trends, compensation costs, and ROI of reward programsQualifications & Experience12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in total rewards within the financial/insurance industryBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fieldCCP, CBP, CEBS, or similar designation preferredMBA or advanced degree is an assetProven experience in a senior leadership roleStrong background in executive compensation and Board-level interactionsExperience in complex, multi-site or global organizationsDemonstrated ability to lead transformation and scale programsStrategic and commercial mindsetExecutive presence and influencing skillsStrong financial and analytical acumenHigh degree of integrity and sound judgment#J-18808-Ljbffr
