Position DetailsLocation: La Loche, SaskatchewanType: Full TimePosting Date: Aug 29, 2025Closing Date: Sep 20, 2025Competition Code: 2502 101L ABEResponsibilitiesTo assist the La Loche ABE programs with student support, including one‑on‑one work with students and support during classroom hours; help students catch up on missed classes by distributing handouts and sharing significant information; assist instructors withpreparation tasks such as photocopying and organizing materials; support coordination ofevents including graduation; assist with student fundraising initiatives to support program activities.Subject areas include Communications, Math, Social Sciences, Science, Lifeworks, English Language Arts, A30, B30, Biology, and Native Studies for grades 10–12.QualificationsMust have a minimum Grade 12 diploma. Completion of one year of post‑secondary education is preferred; equivalent experience is also considered.Previous experience working with adult learners is an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach to working with students from various backgrounds and ability levels.Demonstrated problem‑solving skills,
