This role combines solution architecture leadership, hands-on functional expertise, day-to-day operational management, and business demand governance across the HR IT value stream.The role ensures that HR systems—SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance—are stable, compliant, cost-effective, and continuously evolving to meet business needs. The position acts as the single point of accountability for solution integrity across run, change,
