meetings affecting projects with the Project ManagerConduct project kick-offs with customers and Project Manager to start projectsWork with customer on management of long-lead time itemsProvide reporting as needed with customers, project control sheets with the Project ManagerCreate project change orders as changes are initiated by customersCo-ordinate with Credit to handle denunciation, liens for projectsCo-ordinate with Supply Chain on the management of out of stocks and backorders to deliver project materials.Managing Pricing and Special Price Agreements for jobsManaging Returns and Claims to reduce and resolve liabilities for project closurePrepare close out documents for projects as require with the Project ManagerWhat You Will Bring2+ years’ experience in Mechanical Wholesale in a customer and/or vendor facing roleAwareness of Credit Management dependencies and impact on projectsStrong Communication Skills, especially in dealing with customers, vendors, and internal teams, both written and verbalCustomer focus and service mindsetHigh attention to detail and high degree of persistenceBalancing timing, cost, and service excellenceProblem solvingStrong learning acumenGeneral computer skills including Excel required, knowledge of Syntax AS400 system and ACCEO would be an assetHighly organized in prioritizing work and multitasking on a regular basisSalary Range: $63,000 - $68,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
