We are scaling our engineering, AI research, product, and enterprise GTM teams and are looking for a Recruiting Lead to build a world-class talent pipeline.

Role Overview The Recruiting Lead will own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Karbon Digital. This role will partner directly with founders and leadership to identify, attract, evaluate, and close exceptional candidates across engineering, AI, product, sales, and business functions.

This is a hands-on recruiting leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, creating talent pipelines, and helping a high-growth AI startup scale.

Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Planning Build and execute a scalable recruiting strategy aligned with company growth plans. Partner with founders and department leaders to define hiring priorities, role requirements, and candidate profiles. Create quarterly hiring plans across:

Develop targeted sourcing campaigns for highly competitive technical roles. Build relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.

Recruitment Operations Own the full recruitment lifecycle:

Job description creation Candidate sourcing Screening calls Interview coordination Candidate evaluation Offer management Onboarding support

Implement structured recruiting processes include:

Interview scorecards Candidate tracking dashboards Recruiting metrics Hiring velocity reporting
