Answer customer calls and emails professionally and promptly Schedule and update services as needed Support billing, contracts, and reporting Coordinate with operations, sales, and shop staff Handle account questions and resolve issues Enter data and maintain accurate records Assist with general office and sales support tasks Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper days end data entry. Dispatch calls to routes based upon designated route and driver location. What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role.(Preferred) Great communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Google Workspace suite of programs Friendly, reliable,
