Key Responsibilities:
Execute installations and configure purchased applications

Requirements:
Two-year diploma in Computer Information Systems or related field
ITIL Foundation certification highly regarded
Minimum four years IT experience or two years with a degree
At least two years in application administration or support
Skills in end user support and creating technical documentation
