Collaborating closely with leadership and various departments, you will assess learning requirements and design impactful solutions that align with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of the learning roadmap
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and meet learning needs
Provide leadership and support to the learning team
Drive initiatives related to LMS and learner experience
Analyze learning data to inform improvements Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with digital learning tools
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management
