As the Facility Services Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership for maintenance and safety compliance at the YMCA.
Your role will include asset management, budgeting, and ensuring a clean and welcoming setting for all members of the Brantford community. You'll report to upper management while contributing to impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee effective operation of facility systems
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
Manage departmental budgets and contractor interactions
Develop positive member and community relationships
Lead and mentor facility team for success Requirements:
Two-year education in Building Operations or related
Five years facility maintenance experience
Solid project management capabilities
Excellent relationship-building skills
