As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns and work collaboratively with construction team, sub-contractors, and trades.

Responsibilities
Addressing pre-occupancy & post possession homeowner concerns,
Conducting visual inspections of warranty issues,
Performing ‘hands-on’ repairs, and
Scheduling additional services with sub-trades.





Qualifications
2+ years warranty or tradesperson experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ontario Building Codes
Tarion Warranty knowledge
Ontario Current Home Warranties Plan Act
Construction knowledge – building technology, processes, and building materials
Independent self-starter, possess solid customer service and communication skills
