Lead legal initiatives as a Legal Counsel for Superior's propane and CNG businesses in a hybrid work model. This position offers strategic legal support focusing on compliance and commercial transactions. In this pivotal role reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you will draft and negotiate a variety of corporate agreements while advising on best practices related to compliance.

You will also play a key part in managing legal risks and supporting cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights that drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements
Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance
Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions
Manage legal disputes and insurance matters as needed
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal projects Requirements:
LLB or J.D. with a valuable standing in a Canadian law society
4–9 years of focused legal experience in corporate law
Exposure to publicly traded environments is an asset
Solid analytical and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Utilize your legal skills to support Superior's strategic goals across North America.
