Our client, a growing and operationally focused services business, is seeking a Field Service Manager, to support and scale their HVAC service and installation operations across the Greater Vancouver area.This is a critical, boots-on-the-ground leadership hire for the organization. The role will take ownership of a team of field technicians while ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.This is not a desk job, it’s a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands the field, can lead from the front, and takes real accountability for outcomes.What You’ll Be Doing:Lead, coach, and support a team of HVAC technicians across service and installation workEnsure all work is completed safely, to code, and to a high standard of qualityOwn accountability for permits, licensing, and regulatory compliance across operationsManage and coordinate third-party contractors and installation partnersOversee job execution, timelines,



and overall quality control in the fieldPartner with leadership to identify and implement operational improvementsProvide ongoing coaching, direction, and support to field teamsAct as the bridge between field operations and senior leadershipWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful:Proven experience in HVAC field operations, ideally in a supervisory or leadership capacityAdditional gas or trade certifications are a strong assetExperience managing technicians and/or external contractorsStrong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality standardsHands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot in real timeStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable operating in a rapid‑paced, evolving environmentCompensation Range:$85,000 – $100,000 Base Salary + 10% Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
