You'll be responsible for supporting continuous improvements and optimizing financial outcomes through effective material management. Oversee day-to-day operations of multi-site recycling
Implement business transformations and improvements
Manage regional operational budgets and compliance
Enhance EBITDA through optimized material flows
Partner with HR on talent recruitment and training Diploma in a relevant field; Bachelor’s is a plus
5+ years in operations leadership, specifically in recycling
2+ years in a multi-site operational role
Proven experience with regional P&L; management
