As the BCBA School-Based Manager, you will ensure the implementation of effective strategies that align with BACB best practices. Your position is vital in guiding a team to carry out functional behavior assessments and train school staff in ABA methodologies that improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage ABA program deployment across various school sites
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and their service delivery
Maintain compliance with BACB and PGCPS standards
Aid in developing individualized behavior assessments and plans
Facilitate workshops for educators and guardians on ABA

Requirements:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related discipline
BCBA certification with an active Maryland license
Minimum 2 years in ABA service provision
