Oversee site administration, including leases and rent collections
Monitor rental activity and optimize occupancy rates




Resolve tenant concerns effectively and professionally
Contribute to budgeting and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with environmental and health policies Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience
Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Experience with Yardi software is an asset
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
