AtBC Injury Care & Exercise, located in Burnaby, we’re a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients since the last 10 years to recover, rehabilitate, and optimize—whether post-injury, mobility improvement, or prevention. We offer physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, RMT and now are increasing our massage therapy capacity. Position Summary
We’re seeking a compassionate, skilledRegistered Massage Therapist (RMT)who:
is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC / CCHPBC)
brings clinical massage-therapy experience in a rehab/therapeutic context (acute/chronic)
enjoys collaborating with other practitioners in a multi-disciplinary clinic
is comfortable with a mix of direct billing/insurance work and private-pay treatments
wants to build a loyal client base, contribute to our growth, and deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of massage-therapy clients
Develop treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation goals (in conjunction with physio/chiro/acupuncture)
Perform therapeutic massage treatments (deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, etc.) adapted to client needs
Document client progress accurately and timely (charting, treatment notes)
Communicate referrals or collaborate internally when clients need additional services
Maintain a safe, clean, professional treatment environment (equipment, linens, hygiene)
Potentially assist in client education (home-care assignments, posture/movement tips)
Participate in team meetings/clinical integration and contribute to our culture of client-centred care.

What We’re Looking For
Current registration with CMTBC / CCHPBC in good standing
Valid liability insurance
Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred) in a therapeutic/rehabilitation clinic setting
Robust communication skills; ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team and referring/receiving referrals
Professionalism in conduct, appearance, and record-keeping
Preference: experience with post-injury, sports rehab, or integrated care clinics
Free onsite parking and transit friendly location
The clinic is open 8 AM to 7 PM 6 days in a week.
Potential for flexible scheduling: e.g., 3-5 days/week, evenings/weekend shifts possible
