Allstate Canada Group is seeking an Inside Service Agent to handle service and billing calls and FNOL for customers, supporting the You’re in Valuable Hands philosophy. The role requires availability for all hours of operation (Mon-Fri, 7 am–8 pm EST) and a 37.5-hour work week.

The incumbent will handle policy inquiries, renewals, and upsell opportunities while maintaining solid customer relationships from a home-based setting.
