Plan and communicate day-to-day ticket metrics
Support Client Cloud Infrastructure across settings
Manage P1, P2 incidents and other complex service requests
Conduct operational and preventive maintenance tasks
Administer urgent change requests and remedial action Requirements:
5+ years in IT supporting Google Cloud projects
Expertise in GCP and GKE workload management
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub
