You will empower technicians to focus on quality work and superior customer service, not administrative complexity.What is your team working on?Technically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on AWS. gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript.As part of the Workforce squad, you will:Build robustwork order execution workflows, enabling technicians to efficiently complete installations, repairs, and service calls directly from the field.Implement intuitive tools within ourField Service mobile applicationthat guide technicians through structured procedures,



checklists, equipment tracking, and status updates.Developreal-time capabilitiesthat allow technicians to access job details, capture notes and photos, collect customer signatures, and seamlessly communicate updates to both dispatch teams and end customers.Develop, in collaboration with talented designers,delightful interfacesthat wow our end users.At least five (5) years of experience inTypescript.At least five (5) years of experience working with theReactlibrary.Experience inDevOpsandCloudproviders.Experience withNode.Js.You have experience inReact Native.You have experience withGraphQL.You have knowledge oftelecomconcepts.You have severalpersonal projectsexhibiting good coding skills.At gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework.
