Architecture49 is looking for a Proposal Development Coordinator to join their team in Vancouver. Utilize your graphic design and proposal writing skills to support a diverse workplace. In this role, you will help Architecture49 create high-quality proposals that respond to various RFPs.

The position requires adept usage of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for designing proposals and visual aids. You will coordinate submissions, edit documents, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture that supports continuous learning and skilled growth. Key Responsibilities:
Develop proposals that meet client specifications
Create visuals and structure proposals using Adobe software
Manage consultant submissions and project profiles




Edit and ensure compliance of all proposal documents
Collaborate with team members for proposal success Requirements:
Education in marketing or communications preferred
Robust writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
Experience in architectural or similar firms considered beneficial
