In this pivotal role, you will advance FLINT’s Decommissioning, Demolition & Abandonment initiatives, ensuring they meet highest safety and compliance standards.

As a leader with deep expertise in asset retirement, your strategic vision will guide complex projects through successful execution. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust as FLINT’s representative in the environmental sector. Key Responsibilities:
Grow the DDA service line with solid performance
Steward complex well abandonment coordination
Support the pursuit of recent business opportunities




Establish solid relationships with clients and regulators
Mentor teams to enhance performance and safety Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or engineering diploma in relevant field
15+ years of experience in environmental asset retirement
Proven record managing contractor-driven execution
Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements
