Successful candidates will hold a Master Mariner certification and have a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in dry bulk vessel operations. This role demands a solid leader who can align with safety regulations and Company protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Manage crew safety and vessel operations
Safeguard the integrity of cargo and environment
Make critical safety and pollution prevention decisions
Comply with Canada Shipping Act and Company policies
Ensure adherence to ISM Code and quality standards Requirements:
Preferred Master Mariner certification
At least 2 years of bulk vessel experience
