This role involves overseeing groundworks, rough‑ins, and finishing stages, ensuring that all plumbing work meets code requirements and project deadlines. Specific to this position, we provide a tool account, company vehicle, and flexible work schedule.OUR IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES PLUMBING SUPERVISOR:We're Looking For Someone Who Meets The Following QualificationsJourneyman Plumber certificationMinimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience,
with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory roleStrong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods, and applicable codesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansStrong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailValid driver's license with a clean driving abstractAnd Who Can Manage These ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day activities of plumbing crews on residential new build sitesCoordinate and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelinesOversee installation of underground services, rough‑ins, water lines, venting, and final fixturesEnsure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standardsConduct site inspections, quality checks, and address deficiencies as neededRead and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawingsLiaise with site supervisors, homebuilders, inspectors, and project managersProvide on‑site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbersTrack project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to managementIdentify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overrunsPromote a safe, clean, and effective work environmentADVANCE YOUR CAREER WITH USWe succeed through teamwork, integrity, and a shared commitment to personal accountability, where every tradesperson’s skill and dedication drives our reputation.
