As the Program Coordinator, your role is vital in creating and managing engaging swim programs that align with our values. You'll work closely with team members to ensure an inclusive atmosphere while maximizing member satisfaction and program quality. Key Responsibilities: • Plan swim programs according to health regulations • Foster relationships to improve member engagement • Provide leadership in department budgeting • Serve as a back-up instructor as needed • Ensure program areas are safe and organized

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education • Current Lifeguard certification required • 5 years of aquatics experience • 3 years in a supervisory role • Must pass Police Vulnerable Sector Check
