This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant: Production & AI Operations based in Canada.

This is a full time, remote opportunity supporting the production engine of a growing marketing agency. You’ll transform approved strategies and creative direction into polished, accurate, ready-to-publish content. The role combines marketing production, AI-assisted workflows, quality control, and operational coordination.

You’ll initially focus on podcast and YouTube production, then progressively expand into short-form video, Canva, social publishing, and local marketing. Success requires solid attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to follow structured SOPs with increasing independence. You’ll work across multiple clients, platforms, brands, and content libraries in a highly systemized environment.
