Accountant role emphasizes financial management and strategic process improvements within the Buildings division. Reporting to the Operations Finance Controller, this role provides comprehensive project accounting support, including month-end closes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You'll oversee billing practices, manage compliance, and collaborate with operations for effective project management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting transactions and month-end financial closes
Oversee subtrade contracts and owner billings
Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits
Analyze cash flow and support budgeting processes
Partner with operations on contract administration Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 8 years in project accounting roles
CPA designation is an advantage
