Take charge of maintenance operations as the Production Manager at AMS. This permanent, full time role, requires effective coordination to meet customer maintenance needs. In this pivotal role reporting to the Director of Maintenance Operations, the Production Manager will require at least five years of supervisory experience and M1/M2 certification.

Your responsibilities will encompass managing manpower, tools, and parts while liaising with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with maintenance tasks. Leading by example will cultivate a knowledgeable and skilled maintenance team. Key Responsibilities:
Daily communication with customers regarding service requests
Reschedule and fulfill maintenance assignments
Support the SMS Program policies and procedures
Assist in quality assurance and training activities
Maintain electronic records and work order forecasts Requirements:
5 years of supervisory experience in relevant fields
M1/M2 certification is an asset
Solid interpersonal skills necessary
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred experience with specific aircraft models Enhance the efficiency and standard of operations at AMS through your leadership.
