Assistant position is a permanent, 70% FTE role that offers valuable opportunities for personal connection and life skills development. This role involves caring for core members while maintaining an awake presence at night, along with fulfilling essential housekeeping duties. Applicants will participate in community living, ensuring a supportive setting while gaining training in crucial competencies. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain an awake presence for the well-being of core members
Perform light to medium housekeeping responsibilities




Provide personal care and behavioral support
Document interactions in accordance with guidelines
Work collaboratively with the House Leader and team Requirements:
Experience in disability support or a related field preferred
Valid CPR and First Aid certification necessary
Solid communication skills required for documentation
Flexible in handling wide-ranging responsibilities
