Mission Our client, a well-established manufacturing company located on Montreal’s South Shore, is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipping, transportation, and inventory management activities. Reporting to the Supply Chain Management team, the successful candidate will supervise a unionized team and play a key role in optimizing logistics operations. The position will also contribute to continuous improvement and operational transformation projects.

Plan and prioritize logistics activities in collaboration with planning and operations teams.
Organize and optimize shipments, transportation, loading, and customs documentation.
Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counting.




Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Monitor carrier performance to optimize costs, quality, and service levels.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and logistics transformation projects. College diploma (DEC) in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience managing employees in a unionized setting.
Positive knowledge of transportation, customs requirements, Incoterms, and USMCA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and robust computer skills.
Bilingual in French and English.
Ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across departments. Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 a.m. Retirement plan with employer contribution.
