WoodGreen is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide client-centered care in community settings. The PSW will work onsite across assigned sites, support daily living activities, and collaborate with a diverse team.

Experience in senior care and a PSW certificate are required, with First Aid/CPR an asset.

Versatile schedule and a supportive workplace are offered.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting interactions, and using the Alayacare app to manage visits and shifts.
