You will be instrumental in ensuring that environmental standards and safety protocols align with company values and the Magellan Operating System (MOS™). Key Responsibilities:
Oversee CI staff and program execution
Drive the CI culture through training and communication
Conduct audits for MOS and environmental compliance
Serve on the Environmental Council, ensuring best practices
Manage departmental budgeting related to CI and Safety Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in CI or EHS
Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred
Proficiency in Ontario OHSA regulations
Solid communication and collaboration skills Lead the way in safety and efficiency at Magellan, contributing to creative aerospace solutions.
