In collaboration with other pipeline team members, the developer identifies and solves complex challenges for tools, plug-ins and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain efficient and creative workflows and tools for composting artistsTroubleshoot artist tool issues and develop effective solutions in collaboration with the pipeline team membersWork daily with the pipeline management team and team lead to identify and implement existing and new featuresAttend daily scrum meetingsWrite technical briefs and user documentationIdentify early areas of improvements and elevate issues as neededQualificationsPassion for staying on top of latest features in Nuke2+ years experience writing Nuke pipeline code using pythonStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated talent for designing intuitive, artist-friendly workflows without sacrificing functionalityUnderstanding of object-oriented programming patternsComfortable with git and unit testingDesire to probe and understand the inner workings of complex systemsBasic DCC familiarity with Houdini, MayaExperience with PyQt or PySide preferredUnderstanding of Color Science is a plusExperience programming in C++,
