Leverage your recovery and disability case management knowledge to assess customer needs, develop appropriate goals, milestones, and timelines, and coordinate with customers, family members, and healthcare professionals to manage the physical and psychological impacts of their accident.Communicate empathetically with customers throughout their recovery journey, identify their needs, and coordinate insurance benefits and community resources. Build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including external health care professionals, facilities, and community partners.Travel to alternate locations, including healthcare facilities or customers’ homes, as required.Application RequirementsAn undergraduate degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Disability Management, or a related field, and professional experience in disability management or vocational rehabilitation, or an equivalent combination of education and direct experience in customer recovery, vocational rehabilitation,
