Role: Integration Engineer – FIX, Linux, SQL, Front Office

Client: FinTech

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 CAD + Bonus

Location: Montreal / Hybrid

Overview

My client are seeking an individual with experience ideally working in the Front Office.

You will work closely with a number of different teams who focus on the Trading Production environment.

The Role

Integration: Integrating new products into the Production setting.

Project Management: Managing projects large and small, including application rollouts and implementations.

Production Support: Providing support to various teams and for the Production environment.

Lifecycle Management: Maintaining EoL procedures for hardware and software.

Third Parties:



Working with 3rd parties.

Application Support: Supporting newly released applications.

Automation: Automating tasks wherever possible for efficiency.

Requirements
Setting: Experience working in a Production Support or Integration role within Financial Services.
Front Office: Front Office experience ideally.
Linux: Strong Linux experience.
SQL: Solid SQL skills.
Scripting: Python and/or Bash.
FIX: FIX protocol experience.
