Is seeking an individual to fill a Casual Health Care Aide position located in our facility in Onoway.

Health Care Aide – Casual Position

DUTIES

Directly reporting to the LPN Team Lead, the Health Care Aide will provide assistance with resident care needs such as bathing, dressing, toileting & basic ADL, administering prescribed medications, documentation of resident’s daily progress, housekeeping (maintain general cleanliness of the facility on a shift basis) and participation in the residents individual care.

Qualifications
Health Care Aid Certificate
CLHA Practice Permit and Insurance




Minimum of High School Diploma
Some College/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Level 4 Criminal Record Check
Must be 18 years of age.

Skills

You must be a robust communicator able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English. You are able to maintain valuable interpersonal relationships and have a genuine interest in working with seniors.
