Develop a Finance transformation roadmap with CFO
Identify and eliminate manual processes and inefficiencies
Lead finance automation and process redesign initiatives
Ensure timely month-end close and financial processes
Train finance teams in current technologies and systems Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of finance or accounting experience
Solid ERP and finance systems knowledge
CPA designation preferred
Proven ability in leading finance transformation projects
