This position is based in our Feversham facility, is a straight day shift, and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. The role involves leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety to maintain equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. The Maintenance Lead ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIESStrong leadership skills with the ability to provide positive directionTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawingsRead blueprints, diagrams,



and schematic drawings to determine appropriate actionsParticipate in the implementation of continuous improvement projectsRepair, install, align, dismantle, and move equipment and production linesAdjust machinery and repair or replace defective partsPerform routine maintenance including cleaning and lubrication of equipmentEnsure operation and maintenance (predictive and preventive) of production equipment and assets, identifying irregularities and malfunctionsMaintain a solid understanding of mechanical workflow and resolve issues within production lines, machinery, and the maintenance teamBe available to work as required, including an on‑call componentEDUCATION / SKILLS / EXPERIENCEValid Certificate of Qualification as a 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or 309A/442A Electrician (required)Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience in a high‑speed packaging or manufacturing workplace – Bottling experience strongly preferredMinimum of 2 years of proven experience leading a team of maintenance technicians – providing guidance, training, and directionStrong electrical and PLC knowledgeAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical drawingsExperience working with preventative maintenance softwareAbility to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑change environmentExcellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards and Lockout proceduresStrong team player with excellent problem‑solving skillsStarting pay:$46.75/hourIce River Sustainable Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
