The role transforms complex operational data into accurate, timely and decision-ready reporting via Power BI ; applies advanced analytical techniques, forecasting, visualization and insight generation; establishes governance and controls for management information; and provides workforce planning, trend analysis and strategic insights to support operational performance, risk management, regulatory obligations and business planning.Provide strategic and day-to-day direction across Reporting Operations, Governance, Capacity Planning and Insights. Serve as the primary escalation point for significant reporting, data-quality or control matters and partner with senior leaders to set priorities, strengthen reporting integrity and advance automation,
data management, advance analy tics, visualization and scalable business intelligence capability.Key AccountabilitiesCustomerLead a team that delivers recurring dashboards, scorecards, executive packages, operational inventory reporting and ad hoc analysis in accordance with defined calendars and approval requirements.Establish explicit reporting standards, data-validation controls, management review, backup coverage, evidence retention and escalation protocols to support reliable and auditable outputs.Translate complex performance, capacity and risk information into concise executive commentary, trends, root causes, outlook and practical recommendations.Own intake and prioritization for reporting changes, defects and enhancements; balance critical production commitments with automation, rationalization and longer-term capability development.Partner with FCI, FCRM, Technology, Data, Business Intelligence, Finance and Workforce Management to improve data pipelines, reporting infrastructure, metric consistency and stakeholder outcomes.Lead capacity and scenario planning using forecast workload, productive capacity, productivity, attrition, learning- curve and inventory assumptions; identify gaps and recommend resource actions.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, communicate analytical limitations transparently and resolve or escalate competing priorities,
