End-User & Production SupportProvide day-to-day technical support for artists and production teams across Windows, macOS, and Linux workstations.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with a strong focus on customer service and clear communication.Assist artists with issues in key VFX/animation applications such as Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and Blender.Identity, Access & Device ManagementManage user accounts, permissions, and workstation configurations through Active Directory and related administration tools.Support Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)–based identity workflows including MFA, conditional access, and hybrid identity setups.Workstation Deployment & Asset ManagementDeploy and image workstations using tools such as WDS, FOG, or Clonezilla.Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs as required.Networking, Render & Pipeline SupportDiagnose and resolve networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.Support render farm operations using tools such as Deadline or Qube.Troubleshoot pipeline‑related issues including permissions,
