Your role
Provide support by answering their questions by email and, when needed, supporting them through coaching
Develop and roll out coaching initiatives and process improvement
Maximize National Bank’s visibility, notably through our Facebook page
Influence the referral of mortgage files to National Bank
Share and standardize best practices across the network
Maintain competitive intelligence and share strategic information with stakeholders
Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend actions to take

Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; OR a master’s degree and 5 years of experience
Knowledge of mortgage credit and mortgage financing products
Proven experience in business development and influencing
Initiative and creativity
Available to travel within Québec, and potentially Ontario
