Avenue Living seeks a Financial Reporting Analyst dedicated to delivering accurate financial reports and supporting compliance efforts. This role is essential for financial data analysis and audit preparation. As part of Avenue Living's agile team, you will prepare and analyze financial statements while ensuring accuracy in reporting practices.
Your responsibilities will include supporting month-end and year-end processes, collaborating with various departments to maintain consistency in financial information. Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate financial statements and reports
Perform detailed analysis of financial discrepancies
Assist in month-end and year-end journal entries
Reconcile general ledger accounts regularly
Prepare documentation for audits and GST remittance Requirements:
Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
At least 3 years of relevant financial experience
Proficiency in YARDI and financial reporting software
Solid understanding of relevant accounting principles
